POLICIES AND SIZING
All dresses are made-to-order for sizes 0-18. Size can be determined by referring to our sizing chart. Choose the gown that most closely matches your measurements, keep in mind that it is easier to make a gown smaller. When in doubt order a size up. Sophie Chang Inc. is not responsible for inaccurate sizes ordered and cannot accommodate for customer size variation after order is placed. Professional measurements are recommended.

FABRICS
Our dresses are made from the finest hand selected fabrics available in colors depicted on the product page. Color selection is limited to the palette shown. We are unable to send fabric swatches.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We cannot accommodate custom orders; however we can do small alterations such as changes to neckline and sleeves. Please contact us for changes. Additional fees apply
DELIVERY
Please allow 6-8 weeks for your evening wear and cocktail dress, 12-16 weeks for your bridal gown to be produced and delivered from the date full payment is received and order has been confirmed. It is recommended that you allow for extra time after delivery for alterations.
RUSH ORDERS
We offer rush order for delivery in less time with an additional fee. Please contact us if rush order is necessary. Pricing as follows: 9-11 weeks $40 Bridesmaids $200 Bridal 6-8 weeks $60 Bridesmaids $250 Bridal 5 weeks $80 Bridesmaids $300 Bridal
STANDARD SHIPPING
All products are shipped from our Los Angeles office via FedEx. Delivery can be expected 3-5 business days upon receiving shipping confirmation email. Pricing as follows: Domestic $40 Bridal $30 Bridesmaids
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Product can be shipped internationally via USPS. All additional taxes, duties, customs fees, and other tariffs are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid upon delivery. Delivery can be expected within 5-10 business days upon receiving shipping confirmation email. Pricing as follows: International $60 Bridal $50 Bridesmaids
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Orders are to be paid in full upon placement. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as PayPal. Shipping fees and taxes (if applicable) will be applied at final checkout process.
GROUP DISCOUNTS
When purchasing multiple dresses, a group may qualify for a discount. Discount of 10% is applied if 4-5 dresses are purchased; Discount of 15% is applied if 6 or more dresses are purchased.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to accept returns or cancellations. All products are made-to-order and are therefore final sale. We cannot accept returns based on incorrect size ordered. If the product is damaged, we can offer an exchange within 10 days of receipt.

If at all possible, it is recommended that you visit our store front to ensure fit and sizing accuracy.
